We will not be having the Summer Night's flag football for elementary students this summer. We have replaced that with a Cub Camp for younger players. We will be running a passing league for our rising 7th, 8th and 9th graders on those nights. Our Leadership Council will be working with those students to teach them the basic aspects of our offense and defense. Please contact me directly if you have any questions.
SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION
HIGH SCHOOL CAMP 1 - JUNE 6,7,8 (4-9 PM) AND SATURDAY JUNE 9 (830 AM TO 2PM). FOR ALL INCOMING 9TH GRADERS, 10TH, 11TH AND 12TH GRADERS.
HIGH SCHOOL CAMP 2 - JULY 25,26,27 (4-9 PM) AND SATURDAY JULY 28 830 TO 2PM). THERE IS NO COST FOR EITHER OF THESE CAMPS.
JR HIGH 7 ON 7 LEAGUE - WEDS NIGHTS AT 630. FOR ALL INCOMING 7TH, 8TH AND 9TH GRADE PLAYERS. JUNE 20, 27
AND JULY 11 AND 18. THERE IS NO COST FOR THIS CAMP.
YOUTH CAMPS
Jenison Cub Football Camp
When: June 25, 26, and 28
Where: Jenison High School Football Stadium
Who: Potential Cub Football players (2012-13 Grades 3-6)
Times: Grades 3-4 (5:00 pm-6:00 pm)
Grades 5-6 (6:00 pm-7:00 pm)
Cost: Grades 3-4 $30 Grades 5-6 $30 (cost includes t-shirt)
Instructors: Current Jenison High School coaches and players
This camp will focus on introducing and reinforcing football fundamentals and basic skills that will give players a solid foundation in tackling, blocking, running, throwing, and catching. We will also introduce proper technique and safety to prepare youngsters for a great Cub Football experience in the fall.
Football is quickly becoming America’s most popular sport! We will stress the importance of sportsmanship, dedication, attitude, and what it means to be a great teammate!
*Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your session starts to ensure accurate start time!
