Each month, hundreds and hundreds of soldiers return from the theatre of war with injuries from serving our country. Some of these injuries can be seen, many cannot. Our men and women of service have extended so much for us, we have created a way to say thank you. Last year, we dedicated our season to the WWP. Working with our biggest rivalry school, we were able to raise over $9000 last year. Repeating that would be a very difficult task with the economy the way it is. Instead, we have decided to create a nationwide project, and a goal to raise $100,000 to donate to the WWP. This organization helps wounded veterans from the time they finish surgery all the way through to their daily life out of the service. They need our help, they need our awareness, and they need our thanks. This is an easy project to sell to your community, it is a great way for the young men in your program to extend thanks to our soldiers who have given so much to us.
HOW IMPORTANT IS WHAT WE DO? READ THIS LETTER I RECEIVED RECENTLY.
